Sensitization Meetings on Indo-Nepal Border with NGOs, CBOs, and other Stakeholders

Because the Indo-Nepal border is so porus, the communities along the border are easily used as transit areas for traffickers. Villagers from Indian villages on the border may not be able to recognize trafficking when Nepali girls are trafficked and brought through their villages.  Guria works with Non-Governmental Organizations, Community Based Organizations and other stakeholders in communities along the border to spread awareness about trafficking so that incidents can be more easily recognized and reported.
